Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you proceed to book.
Low Season: October- March (excluding Christmas, New year, Bank Holidays and set events which are High)
Mid Season: April, May, part of June & September (Excluding Easter, Bank Holidays, NW200, Golf & set events)
High Season: June, July, August & 1st 2 wks Sept (Christmas, Easter, New Yr., Bank holidays, NW200, Golf & set events)
- Reservations made direct with the premises via email or telephone: may be guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the booking payable by by post with a sterling cheque / bankers draft. Balance / Full Payment on Arrival (except set events payable 6 wks prior to arrival) by cash Sterling or Euro cash calculated at the rate on the day. Personal cheques will be accepted for deposit or 6wks prior to arrival. Unfortunately debit or credit cards cannot be accepted A bank transfer or.Pay Pal may be accepted check at time of booking..
- Reservations made online:with www.bandbireland.com incur a booking fee approx 3.-5 Euro and also incur a surcharge of 10%-12%. Full balance is payable on arrival by Sterling cash or Euro cash calculated at the rate on the day. Personal cheques will be accepted when accompanied by a current banker’s card, to the card limit. Unfortunately debit or credit cards cannot be accepted.
- Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure.
- Rates advertised are per person per night (single occupancy in double room incurs a charge of £15 per night) out of season full price in summer months 7 set events.
- Special Offers only available when booking direct with the premises via email or telephone, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not bookable on-line. Subject to availability. Excludes bank holidays and special events eg. NW200 Golf, Air Show etc.
- Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, although can be transferred to another date depending on availability and circumstances. You will be liable for the whole cost of your stay if you cancel a set event eg. Golf, NW200. Other times less than 7 days prior to your arrival 14 days in peek times June, July, Aug & 1st 2 Wks of Sept , unless we are able to re-let your room. We strongly urge you to ensure that your holiday is covered by adequate travel insurance, the same type of insurance that you might have if you were to travel abroad. If you have booked on line through B&B Ireland and fail to show up, 100% of the first nights accommodation fee will be charged to your credit card and if cancelled for set event NW200 Golf the total amount is taken the minimum days set by premises for the set event..
- The B&B is completely non-smoking. In line with government law no smoking is permitted in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building.
- Cooked Breakfast on request only at weekends are served from 8.30am - 9.30am. Breakfast will be cooked for the time you request within the above hour and must be confirmed the night before. A continental breakfast can be served from 8am - 10am. Please confirm any changes from cooked to continental or vice versa the night before otherwise your first order will be prepared and charged for.
- Room Only - No Breakfast - is £1.00 less than the quoted continental price per person per night.
- Entrance doors must be locked upon entering and leaving the premises.
